Since 1992, the Ensley family at Ensley Properties, Inc. (EPI) has provided quality transaction and land services to the oil and gas industry. Our clients include a wide range of oil and gas entities: including majors, large independents, midsize and private. Other client segments include pipeline and midstream entities, plus law firms engaged in oil and gas transactions and title.

Leaders in Land Services

ART ENSLEY
Art graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelors’ degree in Mineral Land Management in 1980. After a variety of land and business development positions with BP Exploration and related entities (Sohio Petroleum Company, Standard Oil Production Company, Tex/Con Oil & Gas) for 11 years Art and his wife Linda formed Ensley Properties, Inc. (EPI). Art was a principal advisor for client transaction engagements through EPI and Riviera-Ensley Energy Advisors totaling approximately $2 billion. Art focuses on business development and client relations for EPI and leads EPI’s technology efforts to improve land services techniques through robotics and artificial intelligence. He resides in Houston, Texas.
LINDA ENSLEY
Linda has been an independent contractor serving a variety of clients from majors to small independents for her entire career. Services have included land support for exploration and development projects, asset financing support, acquisitions due diligence, divestiture due diligence, landowner/investor relations, administration projects and system conversion support and staffing and managing special projects. Since forming Ensley Properties, Inc., Linda’s primary focus has been managing project teams for acquisition and divestiture due diligence, asset assimilation, title review, field support, administration support, imaging projects and land department personnel support. This effort utilizes primarily in-house and field resources through field associates to reach the client’s goals. Linda’s extensive client base and broad experience are valuable assets to our clients and Ensley Properties, Inc. Linda is a 1979 graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
WIL KEENER

Wil serves as the Vice President of Operations for Ensley Properties, Inc. Wil oversees strategic planning, execution, and optimization of the company’s assets and projects. Since joining EPI, Wil’s focus has been client relations, project management, and business development initiatives.  Wil began his career in 2010 as an independent contractor working special projects for Occidental Petroleum. He continued his career serving on multi-year land support projects for clients including Chevron, ExxonMobil, and BP. These projects specialized in system conversion, data integrity, and transactional support. Notably, Wil served as contractor team lead at ConocoPhillips and project manager on teams working due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures. Wil graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in political science with an emphasis in international relations and economics.  Wil enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two children.

LAKE ENSLEY

Lake is a 2020 graduate from The University of Colorado in Boulder earning his degree from the Leeds School of business in Business Management. Lake is an accomplished water skier and has taught children water skiing for 10 years at Lake McQueeney Ski Masters Ski Camp. Lake is a graduate of Houston Christian High school, earning numerous honors in their football program and participating in various charity and philanthropic events. Lake provides EPI support for account and back office management.
